It's beautiful Jenni, I absolutely love the colours too.
I love this post!! You had me impressed at every step of your wooly ways!! and what a great photo of you!!
Gorgeous! I love the photo of the skein, all those lovely colours twisting and twining together so well
Gorgeous autumn colours - lovely :-)
that is stunning : )
Fantabulous Jenni! THat second photo made me jump as suddenly the wool was tiny next to those huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge needles! And illusion for sure! Love seeing that you got a whole shawl from a smallish amount by knitting on big needles, soneone suggested I did that and I'm glad to see how lovely it looks, I shall have to try it! Just stunning! How big are those needles by the way?Have an awesome sunday XXX
Oh WOW look at you :D ..your so right "love those colours". It turned out wonderful even with a wonky gaffa taped wheel...ahahaa Imagine what your future holds .DThe shawl looks fab also - great job!
Woo-hoo - love YOU!! And if skeined wasn't a word before (I suspect that it was not), it is now. Because that's the charm of English - always growing and morphing. I think we add thousands of words a year. The poor French - so pure. And so stagnant. i LOVE the use of skein as a verb. It opens up so many opportunities to communicate on so many levels at once - and it has GREAT spiritual implications. So - yeah. I'm voting that it's a word. And turning leaves - can't think about that right now - too much summer to live through yet, and I'll get confused. But the colors jerk me in anyway -
Woo Hoo! Love 'em too........!Stunning shawl and great photo of you.
